Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made through the Minca Paris website, operated by:

By placing an order, the customer unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 1 – Products

Minca Paris sells sarongs, dresses, tops, scarves, and fashion accessories.

Photographs and descriptions are intended to be as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.

Slight variations in color or print may occur depending on screen settings and the manufacturing process.

Article 2 – Prices

Prices are stated in euros.

VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.

Minca Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices applicable at the time the order is placed.

Article 3 – Orders

An order becomes final once payment has been successfully validated.

Minca Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears abnormal or fraudulent, or that may adversely affect its business.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment is due immediately.

Payments are secured through Shopify and the payment providers offered on the website.

Minca Paris does not retain any banking information.

Article 5 – Delivery

Orders are shipped via Colissimo or Chronopost.

Estimated delivery times:

  • France: 3 to 5 business days
  • Europe: 5 to 8 business days
  • International: 5 to 15 business days

These delivery times are provided for guidance only.

Minca Paris cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, customs authorities, or force majeure.

Any customs duties or import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

Article 6 – Receipt of Orders

Customers are advised to check the condition of their parcel upon receipt.

Any issue must be reported to mincaparis@gmail.com as soon as possible, accompanied by photographs.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The customer then has an additional 14 days to return the products.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Article 8 – Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn (except for simple fitting or trying on);
  • Unwashed;
  • Free from perfume;
  • Free from smoke odors;
  • Free from makeup;
  • Free from stains;
  • Free from damage;
  • With all original tags attached.

Any item returned incomplete, worn, washed, or damaged may result in a reduction of the refund or may be refused, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Article 9 – Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned products have been received and inspected.

The refund will be issued no later than 14 days following receipt of the returned items or proof of shipment.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Article 10 – Legal Guarantees

Products are covered by the statutory warranties provided for under the French Consumer Code and Civil Code.

In the event of a defective product, customers are invited to contact mincaparis@gmail.com.

Article 11 – Liability

Minca Paris cannot be held liable in the event of:

  • Force majeure;
  • Carrier delays;
  • Improper or abnormal use of the products;
  • Improper storage or care of the items by the customer.

Minca Paris's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, to the extent permitted by law.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

All elements available on the website (including texts, photographs, logo, visual identity, original creations, and design) are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

Article 13 – Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

Article 14 – Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.

If no agreement can be reached, the competent courts shall be those designated under the applicable rules of French law.
