These Terms of Service govern the use of the Minca Paris website and all services provided through it.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Service.

In particular, you are prohibited from:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website's computer systems;
• Disrupting the operation of the website;
• Distributing viruses or any other malicious software.

Minca Paris reserves the right to suspend or deny access to the website in the event of misuse.

Products

The products offered are described as accurately as possible.

Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Slight color differences may appear depending on the screens or devices used.

Each item may have slight variations resulting from its manufacturing or printing process, without this constituting a defect.

Prices

Prices are stated in euros.

As a micro-enterprise, VAT is not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.

Minca Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are charged based on the prices applicable at the time the order is placed.

Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will receive a full refund.

Payment

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.

Payments are secured through Shopify and the payment providers offered on the website.

Minca Paris never has access to customers' banking information.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website (including photographs, visuals, texts, logo, visual identity, original creations, and design) is the exclusive property of Minca Paris.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Liability

Minca Paris cannot be held liable for:

• Delays attributable to the carrier;
• Force majeure events;
• Temporary interruption of the website;
• Improper use of the products by the customer.

Minca Paris's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action.

If no amicable agreement can be reached, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
