How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping
Your order is prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days, with Colissimo or Chronopost. As soon as it leaves, you get an email with your tracking number.

Shipping costs
Free shipping in France from €130 and in the European Union from €150. For other destinations, costs are shown before payment. Outside the European Union, any customs duties are your responsibility.
Returns
You have 14 days after delivery to let us know at contact@mincaparis.com, then 14 days to send the piece back, unworn, unwashed and with its tags. Return shipping is at your expense, and we refund you within 14 days. All the details: shipping · returns.
How do I care for my Minca pieces?
Hand wash only, in cold water with a mild detergent.
No tumble dryer: dry flat.
How do I choose my size?
Pareos
One size: they adjust from EU 32 to 44 with three snap buttons on each side.
Tops
They tie at the neck and back, so you can fit them exactly to your body.
Minca Atelier
Atelier pieces, like the CORA dress, are made to your measurements.

Where are Minca pieces made?
Fabrics
We work with deadstock, end-of-roll fabrics we buy directly in Paris: we give existing materials a second life instead of producing new ones.
Prints
Our own designs are printed on fabric in Paris.
Making
Every piece is sewn in our atelier in the Sentier. Everything happens in Paris, in a short supply chain.
